After completing a tour with Emilio Rojas, and numerous shows between Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma from the success off his most recent project, Probable Flaws, Josh Sallee is back with his first release from his upcoming untitled project. The track is called “Saratoga” because it was the battle that is considered the turning point in the American Revolution in favor of the colonies in their pursuit of independence from Great Britain, whereas this is Josh’s turning point with his career by establishing his independence so to speak and understanding that it’s going to be a journey that will acquire many battle scars along the way which include the back and forth between self-doubt and self-confidence, understanding and trusting the people around him to fulfill their roles and duties to build towards the greater good and future of prosperity, and pursuing something purposeful and self-fulfilling in life. The wonderful people over at DJ Booth premiered it. They are a cornerstone in the movement to promote solid, up and coming artists and helping those artists get the platform they deserve, so I highly recommend checking them out frequently. Josh really shines on the high energy track produced by Stackz Beatz and clearly has a lot to say. One thing is for sure, OKC definitely has a solid prepared to represent them on his way to new experiences and whatever success comes with them. You can stream it below and click the download link to get it from DJ Booth as well as read their write up of the song. Enjoy the tune.
