One quick shout to the family over at Loud Cousins for premiering this jam. Now, that boy Dewey… Damn. The title pretty much sums up the feeling I get whenever I listen to a new track from the Binns. It’s just knowledge on top of wisdom on top of truth in copious amounts with little to no let up. I love it. I am very much looking forward to his new project with Blev, High Character. Word to aDDLib on the really nice beat he laid down for this who is also an extremely dope Oklahoma MC. There are a lot of bars here… So keep up and pay attention; it’s worth it.

A week ago Gray introduced you to a young new artist by the name of Mon. Now, Mon is back with a new track for your listening enjoyment. I really dig Mon’s smooth sound. I was completely caught off guard the first time I heard him. Mon has quickly became one of my favorite local artists. Peep this song and see if he doesn’t amaze you. Also, Mon will be performing at our Pairadime Music Summer Showcase at Kamp’s on June, 15th. Make sure you come check him and all the other fantastic local artists out. Flockaveli was one of the most ridiculous and amazing albums to come out in the past couple of years. Waka completely changed music and put his producer’s sound on the forefront of HipHop. He’s back with his sophomore effort and this promises to pick up the energy where the previous album left off. Here are two cuts from the upcoming Triple F Life. The first track has the most ridiculous intro I think I’ve ever heard. Waka’s definitely with the Zan Team. The latter features that dude Plies who you can always count on for some aggressive yelling. One thing is for sure, the sound is menacing. Check them both out below.

Freddie Gibbs is one of my favorite dudes to listen to. Usually he’ll hop on a beat and switch in and out of his particular version of double-time, but on this he keeps it slowed down a bit. Gangsta Gibbs has also been heavily influenced by the CTE sound after signing with Jeezy which is actually a good fit for him. He’s also extremely well read in a lot of areas of sports, so it’s not unusual for him to be flooded with sports references. Check out the jam below.
