Dot Da Genius has been talking about releasing this highly anticipated song on twitter the last few days, and it has finally come out. According to Dot this is a track he produced for KiD CuDi back in 2008. WZRD is set to release on January 30th.
Tory Lanez is nice. That’s about all there is to it. I got to hear this track when my homie Sascha came through and kicked it for the Paper Diamond show. He’s got quite a bit of range and is only 19. He will be having a solid year, that’s something to bank on. This track shows the range I speak of with him exercising a few different flows accompanied with a hell of a hook that he sings and sings well. Check out the jam below.
I recently came across Meg Myers and have not stopped listening to her since. She has a great voice with equally as captivating lyricism. What ever comes her way in the years to come will be much deserved. Check out Meg’s Valentines Day song “After You“.
Not too long ago we brought you a leak between these two and now Ed Sheeran released his collaboration EP with Yelawolf,The Slumdon Bridge. These two are a very unlikely pairing when first reading it but came together and made an excellent project together.
Some new Kendrick Lamar to start off Valentines Day should be a very good start to the day. It is not said where this song will end up, but nonetheless check out this K. Dot track as he always delivers.
Well damn.. Dr. Digital and Myke Breezy are not playing around with this one right here. This is definitely some off the cuff, hide the wife and children type shit. Be on the look out for more collaborations from the Double R and the Texas Twister soon.
Bei and Waka?! Super dope collaboration if I do say so myself. Bei Maejor is a tremendous artist and Flocka, well, he’s a boss to say the least. “Lights Down Low” is off of Mr. Maejor’s upcoming project, Upscale Ep, which is set to drop this month. Definitely be on the look out for that.
Dex, who I personally think puts out some of the most entertaining music, released this new track “U Can’t Leave (Psycho)” for that loco de la cabeza ex. The song features Monika Ashley. You can also check out more for Dex Gawd over at his soundcloud.
Privaledge released this one via his twitter. It features Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder (just selected to the 2012 NBA All-Star Team). Cl McCoy was able to to come through with the beat for this tandem. Priv is currently working on a mixtape due to release in the near future, in the mean time listen to “Worried ‘Bout Tomorrow”.
D.Veloped released a 40-something minute mixtape last Friday and I’ve been jamming this amazingness all week. You can always count on the guy to come through with some nice mashups, some of which you might recognize in the tape. He also throws in quite a few new edits, putting his spin on a number of popular dance tracks and remixes. My overall favorite, though, has to be his edit of the Dillon Francis track “IDGAFOS” coming in at about the 8:00 mark. Give it a listen and be sure to hit him on twitter and let him know what you think. (Tracklist after the jump)
