So, some of you may be aware that we put together an Emilio Rojas tour that hit Houston, Austin, OKC, and Lawrence. It was with Josh Sallee, Roosh Williams (multiple cameos in the video), and Dex. We linked with 24HRGRind and SF2 Media to put the whole things on. Met some amazing people along the way and had a wonderful time for my first time in Houston. The good people at SCKnows put together this recap video where it shows Emilio landing in Houston, stopping by Kickback Sundays at SF2 (shoutout to Teresa, one of the dopest people I’ve gotten to meet and really puts on for Houston), and then the show at The Engine Room. It was a great experience with a great artist amongst great people all striving towards the same progressive goal. This won’t be the last thing that we link with SF2 and 24HRGrind on, so be on the lookout in the near future.

Rozay is about to hit the podium and the internets with a few announcements for The Untouchable Maybach Music Empire. There’s been numerous examples of HipHoppers holding press conferences (see: Ja Rule, Cam’ron, etc…), but this has had people murmuring about it on the blogosphere and Twituniverse for the past few days with much speculation as to what they could be announcing. I personally think it will be dates for Meek Mill’s album, Ross’s album, the signing of Ma$e, the Self Made Vol. 2 release date, and one more little nugget of whatthef*ckery that only the Bawse and Diddy can provide on such a grandiose scale. Tune in and see what’s really gucci with Rick Ross & crew.

A lot of big names in EDM (White Panda, LA Riots, Calvertron, Darth & Vader, Big Chocolate, and many, many more) will be converging on 4 stages in Austin, Texas next Saturday for this year’s Euphoria Music Festival, and we’ll be bringing you full coverage of the festivities. Contest time? Yeah, it’s contest time. As much as I know you lovely ladies out there wishes there was a way to win your own 80′s party with Josh performing, we think we have something a little cooler in store. So, you know Josh Sallee’s project, Probable Flaws, drops Monday the 26th right? Of course you did. Why wouldn’t you? You check our site daily and follow us and Josh on Twitter. Well, with the project being done and all, Josh started to get a little anxious about his fans hearing it. So anxious in fact, that he wants to send it to 1 fan every day until it drops. Extremely dope right? It gets better. The great people over at GRP FLY have been hard at work designing a custom shirt for this drop.

This KoKoMo (Know our Knowledge or Move on) T-Shirt is just too clean. So dope in fact that we’re giving away one of those along with the advance digital copy of the project. Don’t say we didn’t ever do anything for ya…

Bun B took to his twitter last week to give us an unreleased track to celebrate his 400,000th follower. “Stop Playin’” is an older one from his Trill O.G. sessions back in 2010, but is quite the banger and aptly features Da 5’9″ & Redman, leaving one wondering why this never saw the light of day until now.
