Finally found a decent studio version of this track, a remix of Nero’s “Promises” in collaboration with Skrillex. If you think this track was a facemelter before Skril threw his hat into the ring, just wait until you hear it now…

Haven’t really been a big fan of Skrillex’s recent releases, but there’s no denying the dude can rock a live show with the best of them. To kick off his summer tour, he released a music video for the track “Rock ‘n’ Roll (Will Take You To The Mountain)” with footage from his last 8 months of touring. I have to admit that I dug it, it’s always cool seeing what goes on behind the scenes with a major touring artist and he really did a great job editing the footage to fit the track. See if you can spot fellow producers 12th Planet, Rusko, Diplo, Doctor P, Feed Me, Steve Aoki, Deadmau5, and others.

A new track from Los Angeles dubstep bawse Skrillex recently started floating around the internet, and it comes with an interesting story behind it: Rumor has it that a group of wealthy Norwegians paid Skrillex to do this track for them to rage to. Strange story, but the song is a banger and the house beat featured on it is pretty cool. Check it

There really has not been any word to if this will be on anything or if it is just going to be an unreleased track. So I’m hearing that Los Angeles dubstep DJ Skrillex has been talking about an upcoming full length album to follow up the huge success he saw with Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites this past fall. HUGE! This single titled ‘Equinox’ has been floating around the web, and while not a finished version, it’s an exciting preview of what’s to come.
